The role-playing aspect of Beyond the Rift makes use of characters, concepts, etc. from popular media.  No claim of ownership on these characters, concepts, etc. is made by the players, and these characters, concepts, etc. are not used in a way which generates profits for anyone affiliated with Beyond The Rift or which reduces the ability of the rights holders to earn profits from their works.

The core world concept of the Beyond The Rift gameworld is © 2008 to Carissa Harris, Aubrey Rose and Shaun Matthew Rose; subsequent expansions on this world have been contrbuted by the players.  Individual creative works are owned by their creators.
