Restricted characters require mod permission to play. Special allowances may be made for plot purposes.
Apps for these characters may still be accepted, but we expect them to be more in-depth than other apps, particularly in the history and writing sample sections. In addition, characters like first angels, neqa’el and nephilim will only be given to players who have been in the game for a few months.
